We build and renovate multifamily properties across the Bay Area. Unit renovations, common area upgrades, and exterior building repairs are all managed in-house.
Multifamily construction is different from single-occupancy work. Residents are present, building systems are shared, and a poorly coordinated project creates complaints, vacancies, and liability. We schedule work unit by unit, phase by phase, so occupied units are never directly affected by active construction. Building access, noise windows, elevator usage, and utility shutdowns are planned in advance and communicated to property managers before each phase starts. One project manager is on-site and accountable for every trade throughout.
We renovate and turn over units covering kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, electrical, and finish carpentry. Work is phased unit by unit, coordinated around the occupied building schedule, so the property stays operational and vacancy loss is kept to a minimum throughout the full renovation cycle.
We upgrade lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, fitness areas, and shared outdoor amenity spaces. Work is scheduled around resident movement, elevator availability, and building operations so daily life continues without interruption during each phase of the improvement.
We repair building exteriors, covering siding, roofing, windows, waterproofing, painting, and balcony and stairwell structural repairs. All scopes requiring permits are documented and submitted to the relevant building department before construction begins.
We assess the property, review existing conditions, identify permit requirements, and document the full project scope before any estimate is prepared.

Our in-house designers produce construction drawings covering layouts, finishes, MEP coordination, and code compliance requirements for the full scope.

We prepare all permit documentation, submit to the relevant authority, and manage the approval process through to construction clearance and sign-off.

Our team builds to the approved drawings with daily photo updates, milestone check-ins, and a final walkthrough before the project is formally closed.
