New circuits, plumbing relocations, gas line changes, and any structural work all require SF building permits. Skipping permits creates disclosure liability at sale. We permit everything that requires permitting.
Semi-custom works in standard dimensions and suits most SF kitchens. Custom cabinets are built to exact measurements, necessary in older homes where non-standard openings make stock sizing impractical.
Typically, around 6 to 10 weeks without a full kitchen, though it depends on your project. We set up a temporary kitchen, contain dust, and share a daily schedule.
We work directly with insurance companies and provide insurance-compliant documentation to help support your claim.
RP Restoration provides restoration services and insurance claim assistance but does not act as a public adjuster. Insurance coverage and payments are determined by the insurance carrier and policy terms.
